WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Office visits are by appointment only. However, because we provide emergency services to our referring physicians and emergency rooms, we are forced to set aside slots for these situations. These problems are seen on the same day or the next day, as necessary.

If an office appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled, please call the office as soon as possible. A $35 fee will be charged for appointments that are not kept and are not canceled. For emergent problems during office hours, please call the office. We set aside several time slots each day for these situations. Problems of this nature are seen the same day or the next day, as necessary.

For emergency problems after office hours or during weekends that require immediate medical care, please call the office. We will talk to you directly and decide the appropriate treatment at that time.

ON CALL MEDICAL COVERAGE

The doctors of the Regional Foot and Ankle Medical Center provide 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week coverage for our patients. In the event of a medical problem, you can call the office day or night and a physician will respond to your call.

INSURANCE PLANS ACCEPTED

We participate in all major medical care plans. If you have any questions concerning your insurance, please provide your insurance information to our office so that we can verify coverage for you.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

All professional fees are based upon services provided. As a service to you, we will file your insurance claims with your primary insurer. All deductibles, copayments, and costs of supplies will be required at the time of service unless prior financial arrangements have been made.

For convenience, we accept the following forms of payment: cash, check and Mastercard.

PRESCRIPTIONS AND RENEWALS

Please call our office during regular business hours for prescription renewals. Please have the name and telephone number of your pharmacy available when you call.
